Hello, everyone! I am James Zhang Mingze, a realtor at Square Meter Realty.
I am thrilled to join the esteemed team at Square Meter Realty. I came to Winnipeg, the eighth-largest city in Canada, in 2014 with dreams and aspirations. I graduated from Red River College with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2017 and later pursued further studies at the University of Manitoba.
Through countless stormy nights, I have witnessed the rapid growth of Winnipeg’s southwest area and developed a deep understanding of Manitoba. The housing market frenzy during the pandemic drew me into the real estate industry, a profession full of both praise and criticism.
I am grateful for the patient guidance of our boss Jay Bu, and the silent, selfless support from my seniors in the company. This has given me the opportunity to provide professional services to everyone in Winnipeg, helping families find warm and comfortable homes during the long, cold winters.
